COMPANY OVERVIEW

Maboki Business Accountants is a sole proprietor which was formed as a result of the identified need for specialised services within the
tax and accounting sector. Our business is to provide professional business solutions for our clients at all times. Officially started offering services from January 2007, operated only
by its founders. In March that year, the company hired its first employee. Today the company employs 2 staff members on a full time basis and 1 freelancer on part time basis.

In our experience, a pre-requisite for effective business solutions is the building of much tighter relationships between a
corporation and its Clients, suppliers and other business partners. We achieve this by radically improving the speed and integrity
of communications, and more importantly maintaining the confidentiality of Client’s business affairs. We cement our relationships with clients by
ensuring that our approach is a problem solving, rather than a fault-finding approach.

Our staff is trained to be courteous, informative and open in their interaction with clients.
The success of this method is borne out in our reten- tion rate, which reflects an extremely low client changeover to rival companies.

COMPANY DIRECTOR

Ben Maboki, the company Director obtained National Diploma in Accounting from Tshwane University of
Technology in the year 2000 and he went on to complete a B.com degree in Internal Auditing from University of South Africa in 2006. Ben has
wealth of experience whilst working on a full time basis at the various big firms of accountants and auditors and other companies.
The key staff members below the members/manager have not changed significantly and the knowledge and skills transferred to
them still exists within the company and is utilised to effectively carry out and implement
the various services mentioned above.

OUR SERVICES

ACCOUNTING SERVICES, FINANCIAL CONTROLLERS, PROJECT ACCOUNTANTS, INCLUDING:
as another sphere of fine art, our team has members with a background of art
and so with us using the computer is just yet another platform of extending that creative hand we have been gifted with.
Monthly accounting and bookkeeping services:
Capturing of all financial data and allocate it to the relevant accounting entries.
Reporting such results to the interested parties on monthly basis in a form of Management Accounting report.
Give an accounting advice to the interested parties on problem areas.
All these is done by first understanding our clients business activities and the type of business being operated.
Compilation of a set of financial statements in line with IFRS:
Collection of all captured financial data and bring it in to an understandable report using International Financial Reporting Standard.
Report such finding to shareholders or members and other interested parties who wish to make use of the statement.
Act as financial controller for various projects and assignments, and:
Controlling of the cash flow of assigned projects and advising the stakeholders on ways to maximise profits with effective inputs.
Budgeting and controlling such budgets
Act as project accountants on projects:
Performing the services of an accounting officers on projects, this will include management accounting on the project.
Regular reporting to the management.
Guarding cash flow.
Drawing of budgets and controlling such budgets by making show that all budget measures are adhered to by all decision makers.
TAXATION SERVICES, INCLUDING:
Providing tax advice to individuals, and companies.
Educating our clients on Tax Issues and Tax laws and encouraging them to comply with such Tax Laws.
AIncome tax and VAT services to individuals, sole traders, close corporations and companies:
We compile and calculate tax payable and tax receivable for our clients on monthly basis and whenever there is a need for a
Tax return.
All this is done by using an advance accounting programme.
SECRETARIAL SERVICES, INCLUDING:
Drafting of agreements and contracts.
Drafting of business agreements and business contracts.
Offering competent corporate procedures advices and legal advising on corporate matters.
Registration and amendment of Close Corporations and companies.
PAYROLL SERVICES, INCLUDING:
Monthly or weekly preparation of the payroll,
Collecting all the information needed to develop a payroll system.
Generation of payslips for our clients staff.
Generation of payroll reports including IRP5’s for tax purposes.
Advising our clients on all payroll laws and procedures and the advantage of complying with such laws.

clients from registration of a business, advantage and disadvantages of registering a particular form of entity, how to developing a business plan,

Our staff members are always researching on business related matters to keep ourselves informed on corporate issues so that we can give well
informed advises to our client. This can also be done in a form of training and teaching a group of entrepreneurs.
